The Fine Print

Field trips are held rain or shine.  We normally only cancel if winds are above 20 mph, which makes it dangerous to be in the forest.  We accept payment by school purchase order or check.  Classes must be accompanied by their usual classroom teacher.  We cannot take classes accompanied by substitute teachers.
Parents and friends enjoy our school trips as well as kids.  We're happy to have others along, but this will raise the group price.  We have a limit of 35 people (includes students, staff, parents, and anyone else who comes through our gates) per trip at the base price.  If your group arrives with more than 35 people, please be prepared to pay an additional fee.
