We're often in the field for weeks at time, so it may take a while to return your call or e-mail.

The Fine Print

Trips To receive a full refund:  Single day trip cancellations require 14 days notice.  Multiple day trips require 30 days notice.  Outside of North America trips, (ie: Spain), we pay for lodging long in advance of the trip departure, so that portion is non-refundable unless we can fill your space. On all trips, we will refund at least 90% at any time if we can fill your space, regardless of advance notice. Our business is based on providing excellent trips our customers enjoy, not on hassling them about refunds! We may, at our discretion, retain a 10% charge for the time we spend re-booking your trip.

Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 14 days receives a full refund.  We ship bulk crystals in clear bags so they may be examined without opening the bag.  Once the bag is opened, they are yours.
