Refund Policy

Trips To receive a full refund:  Single day trip cancellations require 14 days notice.  Multiple day and international trips require 30 days notice.  On some international trips, (ie: S. Africa), we pay for lodging long in advance of the trip departure, so that portion is non-refundable unless we can fill your space. On all trips, we will refund if we can fill your space, regardless of advance notice. Our business income is based on providing excellent trips our customers enjoy, not on hassling them about refunds! 

Merchandise returned in saleable condition within 14 days receives a full refund.  We ship bulk crystals in clear bags so they may be examined without opening the bag.  Once the bag is opened, they are yours.
